We were just alerted that our site is down. Investigating…

Update [12:44pm]: The problem appears to be in our gateway. Engine Yard is troubleshooting.

Update [12:57pm]: Engine Yards is having someone at the DC investigate our cage.

Update [1:12pm]: Everything at the cage looks good, EY has contacted Herakles and is escalating with them.

Update [1:26pm]: Herakles is troubleshooting.

Update [1:31pm]: The problem doesn’t appear to be at Herakles. EY has someone in our cage troubleshooting our networking devices.

Update [1:42pm]: The site is back up, waiting for information about root cause.

We are going to restart a couple of mysql instances tonight at 9:00 PM PDT. Some customers will experience a short outage while we do this. Thanks, the New Relic team.

We are rebooting a node tonight that will take down several VMs The UI will be available throughout however some customers will not collect data during the reboot.

New Relic will be restarting mysql around 8:00 PDT tonight. Some customers will be briefly unable to access their data during this time.
